As a Sun Valley boudoir photographer, I am dedicated to creating an experience that will embrace the woman you are right now. A boudoir session is a chance to capture your confidence and create a set of cherished portraits you'll treasure forever. Your wedding day is about celebrating love and commitment, what better way to start off this chapter than gifting a boudoir album to your new spouse!?
Here's a glimpse into the Sun Valley experience I offer you at Hayley Vahle Photography:
Step 1: Fall in Love with my Portfolio
Browse my portfolio and see if my boudoir style resonates with you. Do you love the sultry dark tones, the classy vision, and how I integrate your personality? Once you’ve decided on my work, it’s time to fill out an inquiry form on my website!
Step 2: Let's Chat
After I receive your inquiry, we will set up a call! A quick chat is all it takes to discuss your vision and answer any questions you might have. This is a chance for us to get acquainted and ensure I'm the perfect photographer to capture your boudoir experience!
Step 3: Securing Your Date
Once we've connected, a session fee secures your spot on my calendar! This fee goes towards many things including Professional Hair & Makeup, access to my growing Client Closet full of session outfits, head-to-toe Professional Posing including facial expressions, and up to 60 minutes of Session time on location.
Step 4: Choosing Your Collection
From a variety of collections, you'll choose the package that best suits your desires. Each collection is unique to what you are looking for and can be customized further with additional prints, wall art, or albums. Most collections include at least one Heirloom Album which is a perfect gift to hand over on the wedding night! Don't worry, if budget is a concern, we can discuss a prepayment plan that allows you to spread out the cost and keep it a surprise to your significant other.
Step 5: Planning Perfection
Now comes the fun part – planning your session! We'll collaborate on choosing outfits that flatter your figure and reflect your personality. We can also discuss themes, hair and makeup styles, and anything else you need to feel completely confident and comfortable! I pride myself on giving true and honest feedback and assistance for this time, taking the weight off of your shoulders and trusting me to help curate that perfect flattering look!
Step 6: The Boudoir Experience
The big day arrives! At the location, our professional hair and makeup artist will pamper you, creating a flawless and transformative look. Keep it natural, or create a bold statement, makeup is a great way to express the vision you have for your theme! Then, during the shoot, I'll guide you through a series of flattering poses that highlight your natural beauty. Don’t worry about knowing how to pose! Most of my clients have never posed for a photo and come out looking like Vogue models! I have you covered, I promise! My focus is on creating a fun and empowering environment! We always have a “girls night” feeling to my sessions which I find can help calm nerves on the day!
Step 7: The Big Reveal
Two weeks after your session, we'll meet again for a viewing session! This might be my favorite part! You'll get to see your stunning boudoir portraits for the first time! We can then work together to choose the final images for your collection and I will design a custom album that tells your unique story. We can finalize your collection depending on which images you want printed in the album or on wall art or any other products. I will guide you in the decision making process to find what works best for you!
Step 8: The Grand Finale – Receiving Your Keepsakes
While it may take up to 8 weeks for album creation and product delivery, the anticipation will be well worth it. When you receive your handcrafted album or cherished prints, you'll have a timeless treasure that celebrates your confidence and captures the essence of your bridal journey! I will already have the album packaged up, you can easily open and view the products, but you won’t have to go searching for the perfect wrapping since I will take care of that for you!
